Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau (Castro) is pushing new legislation for a “pre-crime” authority to tackle “hate crimes.” If you are believed to have a bad thought, you can be put under house arrest and forced to wear a tracker to ensure you don’t leave your residence. This new authority is buried in the Online Harms Bill, which is likely to be signed into law, mostly because, as with so many laws here, no one really read it. The goal is to protect “potential victims,” but let’s remember that “sticks and stones will break my bones, but names will never hurt me.”
The bill itself is designed to make sure there is very little criticism of the Liberal Party. It’s important to remember that Canada’s Constitution doesn’t give us the rights our Constitution does. The Bill of Rights specifically enjoins the government from infringing on rights our Founders considered essential.
But what is a thought? How does it harm people? I know that after a bad breakup, I’ve had many thoughts of how I’d like to hurt the other person…but, I never did anything with it. How many of us can say we’ve never had an evil thought? Our minds just go there at times. No harm, no foul.
Reality Today
Although one might believe our Bill of Rights is inviolable, the Left has been chipping away at it for decades, particularly our right to bear arms. Gavin Noisome is trying really hard to pass an Amendment to abolish the 2nd; this is dangerous. The governments who have banned civilian gun ownership always were totalitarian. Outlawing the means of self defense puts the government in a position to impose almost any law.
But even the First Amendment is under attack. First, hate speech was banned, though the definition of hate speech apparently doesn’t include hate against groups that are considered “oppressors,” such as Caucasians and all those of the Jewish faith or heritage. The government is defining oppressors and victims, making it a good thing to be seen as a victim. That’s a sharp contrast to everything America valued in the past; it has long been seen as the land of opportunity for all those who work hard.
Freedom of religion apparently only applies to Muslims. It’s a weird construct, given that if the Caliphate is ever established, the Quran clearly specifies what will happen if you don’t convert. You will either be a second-class citizen, having to pay onerous taxes for the privilege of being allowed even that, or you will be killed. If you are gay, you will be killed immediately. Is this really the religion that should be protected under our Constitution? Islam is actually a political system masquerading as a religion, deserving of no protection at all. Just check out their book; it’s very clear there. But hate is allowed for Jews. Look what’s happening right now.
Many Dems have also wanted to interfere with the Fourth Amendment by trying to force people to house illegal aliens. Naturally, none of them would do it themselves, despite having large properties and far more wealth to support those who apparently came here for handouts, not to work.
Canada’s Move is a Danger to Us
Given that the Left has no regard for our Constitution, our traditions or our values, what’s to stop them from passing similar laws here? Remember that Trudeau is a designated leader to promote the values of the World Economic Forum and to move Canada to the Great Reset.
Too many politicians are behind the Great Reset, assuming they will come out on top of any major shift in how things work. They are probably wrong about that, but believing it allows them to push Klaus Schwab’s agenda forward.
Watch this space. Pre-crime is likely to become an issue in the future. If you thought “Minority Report” was a cool, sci-fi movie, wait till it is reality. Because it very possibly could be implemented in America.
The “thought” police are no longer fiction
