Our founders were brilliant, defining clearly the inherent rights all adults can count on, regardless of government desire. These include: life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, free speech, gun ownership. Real rights share a common principle; they don’t incur cost or obligation on anyone else. They are the only rights you can claim
The right to medical care, college, housing, etc., are not real rights. When issued as demands, these “rights” enslave others, compelling them to pay. Society has added safety nets, which should be short-term solutions except for those permanently disabled, but these aren’t rights either. Adding more “rights” deprives hard-working Americans of their earnings so that others can simply “take.” Don’t be confused. No right can exist that enslaves another.
