Who Asked for This?

“We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”  So declared Barack Obama in Columbia, Missouri, on Oct. 30, 2008, on the cusp of his historic presidential election.

Obama promised the fundamental transformation during his term, hyping it as “hope and change.”  I remember telling people that change imposed by others is rarely something we look forward to, but apparently, no one was listening.  By imposing Obamacare, he got the government to take over a massive part of our economy.  He also doubled down on getting more people on the dole as well as “welcoming” more people into our country through the Dreamers Act.

Now, rumors fly that the “intelligence” behind the Biden regime is actually Obama.  It’s clear from Biden’s frequent missteps and incoherence that someone else is driving the ship, but if you look at the policies coming out, you can see them as Obama’s core promise.  Destroy all the things that made America great and created wealth for far more people than any other system ever had.  And rebuild it into what?  Apparently, a socialist system, despite history demonstrating the folly of this endeavor.

The Evidence

Starting in the Trump term, BLM screamed to defund the police, despite the fact that the appropriate response to the George Floyd murder was to investigate and penalize bad cops, not ALL cops.  Liberal mayors went over the top to make the lives of police worse, watching as many moved to conservative cities and others simply quit or retired. 

Crime began to surge, both due to the illegal immigrant influx, as well as the fact that having fewer cops around results in more crime. Instead of increasing prosecutions and hiring more police, these cities passed liberal policies that allowed criminals to walk with no bail and steal up to $950 per day with no consequences.  Soros-funded DAs refused to prosecute the few crooks the police caught. Many courts started imposing criminal-defendant-supporting policies, putting witnesses and crime victims at risk.

Dems also went ballistic when the Bruen SCOTUS decision passed, seeking to find any way to keep us unarmed and helpless, despite the increase in crime.  I have been waiting nearly a year to even get interviewed for my concealed carry permit in California; an unacceptable delay.  The delay in New York is even longer, around two years. I had no trouble getting one in Florida, Utah and Nevada.

Fewer police and more crime means more crime victims.  Criminals know that few of us in liberal states have a gun; they feel safe attacking us, stealing our cars and even raping us.  The only penalty most experience is being hauled in for a few hours before the DA lets them go.  Meanwhile, the number of victims keeps growing.

Biden completely opened the border, replacing border security with largesse.  Illegals are welcomed with food and water, health care (and no Covid tests), housing and transportation.  Veterans should be so lucky.  We have so many who need help, but the money is spent on those who have no right to be in our country.  The flood has also displaced many workers.  The idea that there are jobs Americans won’t do is just liberal cant.  It isn’t true. And for some reason, illegal criminals are treated very carefully.  When cases come up, we hear about the many crimes one has committed and not only aren’t they deported, they rarely face much prison time.

Biden has demanded more spending, (not to help with the crime problem or return us to energy-independence), and has increased the already-insane debt limit, so he can hire more administrative state personnel, (the Swamp), to impose more regulations on us and continue to drive us toward socialism, using “climate change” as an excuse.  BTW, CO2 isn’t poison – look it up.  Socialism is pushed in schools and socialists are celebrated.  People can believe what they want, but if you’re in power, you shouldn’t be pushing socialist policies on Americans.

Biden (Obama) even focuses on the little things, like recently banning the display of large American flags at public events.  He considers these displays as “not appropriate). 

Why Transform?

The simple answer is why dictatorial regimes are always popular among the politicians, the rich and the connected.  It doesn’t affect them, or at least, they don’t think it will.  They expect it to build their wealth, by taking it from us. They have private security (or, in the case of politicians, tax-payer protection).  They have ways of dodging taxes, hiding their ill-gotten wealth in ways the rest of us can’t.  Laws don’t apply to them.  Think of all the exposés about Democrats in power.  Nothing happens.  The laws and regulations they seek to stick us with don’t apply to them.  Jill Biden isn’t giving up her gas stove, is she?  Al Gore is probably still using 20x the power the rest of us use.  And they all love to fly in private jets to meetings that could be done over Zoom.

Voting Matters

Always vote and vote with these things in mind.  Share this information with friends.  Too many vote the party line, or don’t look closely at the logical consequences of politicians’ actions.  Biden has been wrong on almost everything throughout his career.  At least, wrong for us.  Make sure people understand that voting for the Left will be a disaster for them, not a boon.

Support organizations who are trying to combat election fraud, which is rampant.  This isn’t conspiracy theory.   In many jurisdictions, they found more votes than registered voters.  That alone tells you something.  Los Angeles country has been forced to delete over a million registered voters who were still on the books – all dead or moved.  True the Vote has done great work, but so has the Institute for Justice, Judicial Watch and more. 

Volunteer to be a poll watcher.  I saw likely fraud as a poll worker, but we were instructed that we could do nothing.  Report what you see.

We’re in imminent danger, not from climate change but from “fundamental transformation”, i.e., socialism.
