And you know, from the book, that you can't count on anyone at the trial being unbiased. Good point

After reading your blog I was reminded of Kafka’s “The Trial” where you never do find out what the crime actually was. As I think you alluded, a crime doesn’t appear to be required to be charged and tried. It is frightening to the extreme.
