I don’t understand this notion that illegals are afforded all the rights of citizens. They espouse due process before deporting them but to what extent? I’m beginning to feel that an illegal actually has greater rights than citizens. It’s a fine line but do we allow the judicial system to decide policy and give it the power to override anything done by the other two bodies?
As a Constitutional issue, it is just SCOTUS who can reinterpret it. A citizen is allowed all the rights in the C; visa holders and illegals are not. We shouldn't change/improve on that.
