In the early days of Uber, I had drivers who only worked in the evening, one who hit it during his lunch hour and one clever guy from Microsoft who took people into Seattle and back when he had to go there for meetings. It's doable - you just may not have as much time. But then, you shouldn't. Too many working short days
Got to have a job that is reasonably easy to measure. I think unstructured jobs or those that are more creative are much harder to assess than ones that have a discrete input, e.g., electronic folders of data and documents to be worked, and consequently have a more measurable output. Lots of pros and cons either way.
